Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Ricart Inc, each item is made specifically to order, just for you — which means standard returns and refunds are not available. However, if something is wrong with your order, we’re here to help.


Issues with Your Order

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Email info@ricarts.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue or defect

A member of our team will respond within one to two business days to assist you and begin a resolution.


All Sales Are Final – No Standard Returns or Refunds

All items are custom-made to order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not carry pre-made inventory or accept returns on decorated items, as each product is produced based on your custom selections.

To ensure fast fulfillment, blank apparel is ordered from our suppliers within hours of receiving your online order.

⚠️ Cancellation After Supplier Purchase
If your order has already been placed with our suppliers, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Production will be halted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.


Sizing Responsibility

Size charts are provided for every product. Please review them carefully before placing your order.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in the incorrect size.

Important Tip: Double-check whether you're selecting YOUTH or ADULT sizes. If unsure, contact us right away — we can place your order on hold and confirm before production begins.


Color Variations

While we strive to display accurate product colors, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or dye lot differences.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued due to color variation concerns.


Exceptions – Manufacturing Defects

If your order contains a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Examples of valid defects include:

  • Incorrect sizing that does not match the posted size chart

  • Errors in decoration or product details

  • Visible flaws such as holes, damaged stitching, or manufacturing defects

How to Return a Defective Item (if required):

In rare cases, we may ask you to return the defective item. Here’s how:

  1. Request an RMA Number
    Email info@ricarts.ca to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief explanation of the issue

    • Your preference for a replacement or refund

  2. Label the Package
    Once approved, we’ll issue your RMA number. Write this number clearly on the outside of the return package.

  3. Shipping Charges
    If your return is approved as a defect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns (unauthorized or non-defective), shipping charges are not reimbursed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, as long as:

  • Production has not started, and

  • Blank goods have not been ordered from our suppliers
    see (⚠️ Cancellation After Supplier Purchase)

Please include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation.

If production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. We’ll do our best to find a fair solution.

Refunds (or partial refunds) for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.
